MGA Homecare is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist, Clinical Fellow (CFY) to provide in-home services to children from birth to 21 across Colorado Springs and surrounding communities. You will work under an experienced supervisor, with a focus on developing clinical skills, case management, and family-centered care.

Full-time and part-time positions are available; competitive pay up to $110,000 per year, flexible scheduling, benefits, and ongoing mentorship.

Formación

• Active Colorado Provisional Speech Language Pathology License.
• Degree from an accredited therapy program.
• BLS CPR Certification (skills tested in-person).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled speech therapy for children, birth to 21, in their home and community settings.
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to help kids reach their goals.
• Educate and support families, empowering them to take an active role in care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation.
