Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Colorado is seeking licensed SLPs and CFs to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs across Colorado communities.

This role welcomes new graduates and CFs, offering flexible scheduling, mentorship, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration within a clinician-led team. Join a mission-driven network delivering compassionate pediatric home health care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Colorado SLP license or eligibility for CFs.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or CF pursuing certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (SLPs).
• Support evaluation and treatment implementation under supervision (CFs).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
