Job summary

MGA Home Healthcare Colorado LLC is seeking RNs for skilled nursing visits across Northern Colorado (Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland). Positions available part-time and full-time with flexible schedules and a mix of visit-based and salary options.

Responsibilities include pediatric to adult patient care in home settings, medication administration, patient education, and care coordination with families and providers. Colorado RN license required; prior home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing License in good standing (required).
• One year+ of recent nursing experience in a clinical care setting (preferred).
• Home health experience (preferred).
• Colorado license in good standing (or compact state).
• Flexible & dependable with strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Triage and treat patients per physician orders in home visits.
• Administer medications, treatments and therapies as prescribed.
• Document all nursing actions, assessments, and responses.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care, and prevention.
• Perform wound care and infection control during visits.
• Coordinate care with providers and patient families.
