Job summary

MGA Homecare in Colorado Springs seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care across pediatric to young adult patients. Open to both full-time and part-time schedules with 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, day and night options, and welcoming new graduates to apply.

Responsibilities include administering prescribed medications and therapies, documenting care, and educating families on disease processes and self-care techniques. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, home-based nursing.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing License in good standing (required)
• Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred)
• Home health experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Treatment of infants, children, adolescents, or young adults according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Documents all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of care
• Educates the patient and family regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, and in meeting the patient's nursing needs.
