Premier Pediatric Therapy in Texarkana, TX is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver pediatric in-home and hybrid therapy. You'll design engaging, evidence-based sessions that boost fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, self-regulation, and play, helping children gain independence and confidence.

This role offers a PRN, part-time schedule with flexible options, a starting pay of $70 per session, sign-on bonus, and CEU stipends.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Texas
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Playful, patient attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in-home or hybrid settings
• Create individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, self-regulation, and play
• Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation
