We are currently seeking a compassionate LPN or RN in Harwood and surrounding areas.

• Develop and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Monitor and document patient status, and share updates with physicians and families.
• Educate families on proper care and treatments to ensure continuity.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.
