Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred (1 year in GA).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric and adult home health nursing care in patients' homes.
• Document care using electronic tablet and ensure accurate charting.
