My Ace Healthcare is seeking a licensed nurse (LPN/RN) to perform in-home care in Covington, GA. The role supports infants to adolescents with patient-centered care and thorough documentation. Flexible hours and PPE are provided to ensure safe home visits.

Responsibilities include assessing patient stability, following physician orders, and educating family members while maintaining meticulous records. In-home care requires reliable travel and strong interpersonal skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 12 months of hands-on nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must be willing to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
• Very comfortable with EMRs and computer use.
• Must hold a valid LPN license in the practicing state.

Mansioni

• One-to-one patient care in a home environment.
• Assess patients for stability and follow doctor's orders.
• Verify medication milligrams, last day dosed, take-outs received, phase level, and guest doses.
• Document patient complaints, vital signs, current medications, and allergies accurately.
• Provide health promotion, teaching, and training to family members.
