Visiting Angels is hiring In Home Patient Care Assistants (PCA) to serve clients throughout the Quad Cities area. This role offers flexible schedules, competitive hourly wages, and opportunities for growth.

You will help with personal care, light housekeeping, meals, and companionship while following individual care plans. Candidates need a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a Valid Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Reliable Personal Vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• First Aid and emergency response training is required (provided if needed).
• Have excellent time-management skills and can juggle multiple duties at once.
• Reliable transportation to client homes, scheduled times.
• Comfort with housekeeping and cooking while adhering to dietary constraints.
• Willing to comply with health and safety standards (e.g., background check).
• Bring compassion, understanding, and a desire to brighten clients' days.

Responsibilities
