Visiting Angels of Missouri City is hiring an In Home Patient Care Assistant - PCA to support clients throughout the local area, including Missouri City and neighboring communities. You will provide personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, and companionship in clients' homes.

The role offers flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within a nationwide network known for quality in-home care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving or CNA experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable personal vehicle with current, active auto insurance.
• Willingness and ability to transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist clients with light physical exercise or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Handle light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents.
• Provide pleasant, supportive companionship.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take prescription medications appropriately.
• Provide assistance with mobility and ambulation both at home and during appointments/errands.
