Job summary

Windows USA is seeking experienced Outside Sales Consultants operating as Outside Sales Employees. This unique role allows individuals to receive health benefits as an employee while also maintaining 1099 tax status as a direct seller under Section 3508 of the Internal Revenue Code.

This opportunity is designed for proven closers who excel in in-home sales presentations, consultative home improvement sales, and are highly motivated by performance-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, home improvement preferred.
• Ability to maintain 15+ weekly appointments.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within a 90-mile radius.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential appointments and conduct in-home consultations.
• Present and sell Windows USA products using approved pricing, tools, and materials.
• Perform accurate measurements and complete all required sales documentation.
• Utilize iPads and CRM to manage customer information and proposals.
• Maintain availability for 15+ weekly appointments, including evenings and weekends.
