PARS Therapy in Austin, TX seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will partner with patients to restore independence and improve their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

The role emphasizes mobility, functional gains, and long-term wellness, delivering hands-on interventions and collaborating with the care team. Texas licensure and professional liability insurance are required; home health experience is preferred.

Formación

• Active Texas OT license (required).
• Current professional liability insurance in Texas (required).
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
