FOX Rehabilitation is expanding its in-home occupational therapy services in Wilson, NC and seeks licensed OTAs to deliver hands-on, one-on-one care. You will work under a supervising OT to administer personalized treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and promote independence in daily living within the FOX Geriatric House Calls model.

Formación

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state(s) of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by your supervising Occupational Therapist and adjust activities based on patient progress.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document visits accurately and on time within FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate care and stay connected with patients, POAs, and referral sources as needed.
