Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week onsite contract in Salinas, CA. The role runs 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, with a minimum guarantee of 35 hours and a shift from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM. The assignment begins 11/23/2026 in Salinas, CA.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' homes.
• Onsite/home-based outpatient rehab for older adults; flexible setting.

Responsibilities

• Attend patient care and meetings as OT/OTA representative.
• Maintain treatment schedules, clinical and billing documentation.
• Develop programs with rehab team for each patient.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in OT techniques under supervision.
• Maintain patient documentation and report equipment needs.
• Provide interventions addressing cognition, mobility, ADLs, balance, safety.
