Qualifications

• Current valid MA OT license.
• Driving license.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year OT experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients’ functional abilities and therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide training and education to clients and families.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient progress and therapy notes.
• Recommend adaptive equipment for home use.
• Deliver culturally sensitive care in a home setting.
