Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for Dover, DE to deliver one-on-one care in homes or senior living communities. You’ll assess, plan, and implement treatment focused on mobility, independence, and safety while enjoying autonomy and a flexible schedule.

Clinicians may incorporate telehealth and virtual care to extend access and continuity of care, supporting more patients in the community. Join a clinician-driven, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

Licensed OT in Delaware or eligible to obtain license.
Graduate of an accredited OT program.
Current CPR certification and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one OT services in homes or senior living settings.
Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
Deliver sessions to support mobility, independence, and safety.
Document in FOX EMR per regulatory standards.
Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
Educate patients, caregivers and staff to promote aging in place.
