Job summary

Aspire Home Healthcare of Ohio is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality in-home therapy in the Dayton area. You will evaluate patients, design and implement individualized plans, and coordinate with the rehab team to help clients regain independence in daily activities.

This role offers flexible scheduling, per-visit compensation starting at $65, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in OH.
• 1 year OT experience preferred.
• OASIS and WellSky (Kinnser) experience preferred.
• TB test within last 12 months and CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to attend 2–3 day orientation at Dublin, OH office.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective patient care using approved therapy techniques.
• Evaluate patients’ condition, function level, and treatment goals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise COTAs and HHAs per care plan requirements.
• Document treatment notes and progress in the chart daily.
• Coordinate home exercise programs and adaptive equipment needs.
