Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Deerfield Beach, FL. You will enjoy a flexible schedule with a consistent caseload, and a team that supports you in delivering high-quality care.

The role includes in-home therapy with autonomy, resources like a tablet with data plan, mileage reimbursement, and mentorship. Compensation is based on visit experience and equity across roles.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR) with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programsEducate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards
