InHome Therapy in Florida is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care for adults and seniors in and around Deerfield Beach. You will enjoy a flexible schedule and a stable caseload with support from a dedicated team.

The role emphasizes assessing mobility, designing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapeutic exercises, educating patients and families, and documenting care per Medicare standards. Mileage reimbursement and ongoing training are included.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength and function to set goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health documentation per Medicare and agency standards.
