Job summary

InHome Therapy in Downtown Chicago is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services for adults and seniors under both full-time and part-time arrangements. You will assess mobility and function, formulate goals, and implement rehab plans in patients’ homes.

The role offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, training, clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients at home.
• Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.
