Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate in-home care in Brunswick, GA. The role supports adults with high-acuity needs, including tracheostomy patients, with a schedule that includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state where practice
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
• TB skin test current within last 12 months
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA)
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home setting
• Document care using electronic health records and Aveanna tablet
• Collaborate with patients, families and care team to achieve positive clinical outcomes
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and safety protocols
