Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty home care in Richmond Hill, GA. The role supports pediatric patients with high-acuity needs, including Trach/Vent, on Saturdays and Sundays, with day and evening shifts available.

The clinician will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in patients' homes and collaborate with a national leader in home health. The position offers comprehensive benefits, 24/7 local support, paid training, and opportunities for skill

Qualifications

• Must have an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice.
• CPR certification (hands-on component) is required.
• TB skin test within last 12 months.
• Six months nursing experience preferred (one year in GA).
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, including pediatric and high-acuity needs.
• Document care using Aveanna tablet and electronic systems.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA)
• Must have reliable transportation
