Vitalis Healthcare Services is expanding our skilled nursing team to provide in-home visits for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a PRN basis in Maryland. You choose visits that fit your schedule and work near you, enjoying autonomy and strong per-visit compensation.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unencumbered Maryland RN or LPN license (compact license welcome).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Home health or community-based nursing experience preferred (not required).

Aufgaben

• Complete skilled nursing visits in patients' homes based on physician orders.
• Perform assessments, administer treatments and medications, and carry out ordered skilled tasks within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and follow-up.
• Document each visit accurately and promptly per agency and payer requirements.
• Communicate with the care team and physicians as needed.
