Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring an LPN/LVN for pediatric home health in Tunnel Hill, GA. The nurse provides direct patient care in the home, including trach and vent management, with documentation via the Aveanna tablet and collaborative support from clinicians.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license, CPR, TB test, and reliable transportation. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for training and growth within a large private duty nursing network.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification (assistance with obtaining post-hire possible).
• TB skin test within last 12 months.
• Six months nursing hands-on experience preferred (GA: 1 year).
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home LPN/LVN care for pediatric patients with trach/vent needs.
• Perform patient assessments, treatments, and documentation in the home setting.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA)
• Must have reliable transportation
