Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island nursing assistant license (or temporary approval).
• Ability to pass a national background check.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Mobility support and safe transfers
• Companionship and emotional support
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Monitoring overall wellness and reporting changes
• Support for clients recovering at home after hospitalization
• This is non-medical home care focused on dignity, safety and relationship-based support

Additional placements are available across Providence County, Kent County, Washington County, Bristol County, and Newport County.
