Job summary

Advantmed is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-home wellness assessments for Medicare members in Hope, Arkansas. This PRN role offers flexibility with a compensation of ~$100 per completed assessment plus mileage. You will enjoy a supportive environment with immediate scheduling and strong operational support.

Minimum commitment is around 30 hours per month, providing a steady supplemental income opportunity. Applicants should have an active NP license and ideally 3+ years of patient care experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner without restrictions.
• At least 3 years of patient care experience is preferred.
• Comfort and experience with EMR systems is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured in-home wellness and risk-adjustment assessments.
• Document visits in the EMR for value-based care.
• Educate members on preventive care and chronic disease management.
