Midwest Family Services in Wayne County, OH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty home healthcare.

You will provide person-centered care, manage medication administration, and coordinate with guardians and supervisors, with EHR experience a plus. We offer health, vacation, mileage reimbursement and an open-door policy for support with scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate in nursing from an accredited nursing school.
• Licensed as an LPN/RN as issued by the State of Ohio-Registered on the State Nurse Registry.
• BLS CPR certification.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Driver's License.
• Two professional reference letters.
• Social Security Card.

Aufgaben

• Person-centered care.
• Electronic Health Record experience is a plus!
• Medication administration, updating orders and day-to-day care coordination.
• Effectively communicate with supervisors and guardians.
• Dietary support and monitoring.
• Relevant education and training based on the individuals care plan.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
