Hueman is hiring Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare and Medicaid members around Plainview, TX. The role offers a flexible schedule and travel reimbursement to support community-based care.

Qualified NPs will perform non-invasive assessments, review medical history, and document thoroughly. Training will be provided, with liability insurance options available, enabling meaningful patient connections outside a traditional clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or commensurate experience and NP license
• Active NP license in the state of practice
• Active National board certification and BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes for HRAs.
• Perform comprehensive, non-invasive health assessments.
• Review medical history and document findings accurately.
• Provide basic patient education on wellness and prevention.
