Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is hiring 1099 Nurse Practitioners (NPs) for in-home health assessments across Massachusetts. This role offers the flexibility to set your own schedule, making it ideal for new grads and experienced practitioners alike.

With a focus on low-stress clinical work, NPs will complete visits using pre-populated forms without the complications of prescribing or treatment changes. Compensation includes a competitive base rate of $80 per completed assessment and the potential to earn more with a tiered pay structure based on commitment.

Qualifications

• Must have an active and unrestricted state NP license.
• Must be board certified as either FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments.
• Use pre-populated forms and structured workflows.
• Work independently without treatment plans or follow-up calls.

Skills

Active, unrestricted state NP license

Reliable personal transportation

Ability to commit to at least 60 hours/month
