Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks experienced Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home health assessments under 1099 contracts. You will complete pre-scheduled visits using guided forms and workflows, submitting required documentation without prescribing or follow-up calls.

Expect high-volume assignments across multiple regions with earnings potential tied to commitment and performance. Travel is covered for eligible assignments, with flexible short- and long-term options available.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license and board certification (FNP, AGNP, or ANP).
• Willingness to work a minimum of 60 hours/month.
• New grads are welcome, no prior experience required.
• Set your own schedule, choosing days, hours, and workload.
• Malpractice insurance provided; flexible contracts available.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-scheduled assessments using pre-populated forms and structured workflows.
• Complete visits, submit forms, and conclude tasks without treatment plans or follow-up calls.
• Manage a high volume of assessments across multiple regions, with opportunities for increased earnings based on commitment.
