Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Columbia, SC seeks experienced Physical Therapist Assistants to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities on a PRN basis. Our interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy in functional home settings to support neurological recovery and independence.

Qualifications include an accredited PTA degree, GA licensure, strong communication, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program required; Bachelor's or Master's preferred.
• Must be certified in the state of Georgia.
• Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and practices, how to use the physical therapy equipment, and OSHA and infection control regulations.
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related physical disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organizational, writing, and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.
• A valid driver's license is required.
