Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is beneficial.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and passion for helping youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home therapy using MST to youth and families.
• Conduct thorough assessments of youth and family dynamics and strengths.
• Engage caregivers and key participants to foster long-term positive change.
• Collaborate with schools, agencies, and community organizations.
• Participate in weekly team supervision, training, and treatment planning.
