Empower U. is seeking an In-Home Mental Health Clinician / Therapist to provide in-home psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families. The role emphasizes flexible hours and a focus on therapy over paperwork.

The position offers hourly pay of $70–$100, weekly pay, and no minimum caseload (unless salaried), with supervision toward LPC or LCSW and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and/or weekends.
• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
• Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based modalities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Communicate consistently with referral partners and care management organizations.
• Approach your work with a clear theoretical orientation.
• Participate in monthly supervision (unless independently licensed in NJ).
