Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Measure Technician (In-Home Advisor) to perform in-home measure appointments and support the Field Services Organization. This role travels to pre-defined areas, maintains customer relationships, and supports sales while accurately measuring and presenting quotes.

You will interact with customers daily, provide knowledgeable product information, and coordinate installations. A valid 18+ work authorization and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Travel between locations is required.

Responsibilities

• 60% Appointment Measures - Complete daily routes for pre-assigned measure appointments as efficiently and accurately as possible.
• 4% Collaboration - Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers to complete all other work activities as assigned.
• 1% Compliance - Follow all policies, procedures, and adhere to work schedule.
• 35% Customer Service - Ask customers open ended questions and listen to responses about their projects and product needs.
