Job summary

Elite Home Health in Arkansas seeks a PRN LPN to treat patients in their homes two days per week. You will provide quality patient care within the plan of care and coordinate with the health care team.

Responsibilities include following state nursing scope, educating families, documenting patient status, and adapting to diverse home environments. This is a per diem role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN or LVN licensure in state of practice.
• Current Driver’s License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work flexible hours; Able to work independently; Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws and plan of care.
• Instructs the patient’s family in care and home environment maintenance.
• Observes, records, and reports patient response and changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Functions in diverse home environments regardless of patient demographics.
