Responsabilités

• Work under the supervision and direction of a registered nurse (RN).
• Monitor patient vital signs and progress through observation and evaluation.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes, plans of care, and home care procedures.
• Document skilled visits accurately and complete shift-end documentation.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transportation to appointments.
• Maintain patient records and comply with agency policies.
