Maxim Healthcare in Orlando is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes for Full Time/ Part Time work in Orlando/Downtown.

Hourly Pay: $30-$33hr. Ask about the SIGN ON BONUS! The company offers Health, Dental, Vision, HSA and Life Insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, providing skilled care per orders, assessing patient status, and documenting findings to support quality care.

Qualificações

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) licensed in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of hands-on nursing experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.
