Salary ranges from $30 to $32 per hour with weekly pay, sign-on bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus PTO and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Current LPN license for the state of practice.
• One year of LPN experience required.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care in home settings.
• Initiates and revises plan of care as patient status changes.
• Performs therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions as indicated.
• Responds to patient condition changes and notifies physician or supervisor.
• Administers medications and treatments and documents effectiveness.
• Reviews care plans and coordinates education, discharge planning and care goals.
