Qualifikationen

• Licensed Practice Nurse in state of practice in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited practice nurse program.
• At least one year of nursing experience; community/home health experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions and to communicate effectively with patients, families and staff.
• Knowledge of nursing standards and government regulations.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to assigned patients in the home setting.
• Implement plan of care formulated by physician or RN.
• Prepare and provide accurate and timely documentation for care and billing.
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, self-care and management.
