TheKey is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private-duty home care in Miami/Dade, FL. This role offers flexible day/evening shifts and per diem options with pay starting at $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, plus weekly pay and PayActiv access.

Join a Boca-based, 24/7 supportive team delivering high-quality in-home nursing, medication administration, wound care, and ongoing education for seniors in their homes.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• IV Therapy certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Clear background screening via Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and daily monitoring per client care plans.
• Administer medications and perform wound care within Florida LPN scope.
• Provide health education and routine nursing support to clients and families.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation per agency policy.
• Communicate changes in client condition with supervising RNs and management.
