Professional Case Management is hiring LPNs/LVNs to provide in-home healthcare in Missouri. You’ll build one-on-one patient relationships and help improve health, quality of life and peace of mind while you set your own schedule. This flexibility lets you attend school, travel or spend time with family.

Qualifications include graduation from a state-approved nursing program, current LPN/LVN license, CPR and TB test. Standard pay is $28.00–$30.50 hourly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in practice state.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients.
• Develop and maintain one-on-one patient relationships.
