Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking compassionate, dependable LNA/PCA caregivers to provide in-home support in the North Salem area. You’ll help clients with daily routines, personal care, and safety in their own homes.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, and a supportive team that values dignity and independence. Prior NH LNA or PCA credentials are preferred; valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Active NH LNA license or PCA qualification preferred.
• Previous caregiving experience in private home, assisted living, healthcare facility, or similar setting.
• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Clear communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients, families, and team members.

Aufgaben

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene.
• Support clients with walking, repositioning, and transfers following safe care practices.
• Observe clients for changes in condition and communicate concerns to supervisor or care coordinator.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance, respecting dietary requirements.
• Help keep clients’ homes clean, organized, and comfortable through light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with errands and other routine activities as appropriate to the care plan.
• Offer friendly conversation, companionship, and reassurance to help clients feel supported.
• Follow care plans and workplace policies to ensure consistent, respectful care.
