Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking caring, dependable Part-Time and Per Diem LNA/PCA Caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in the Manchester, NH area. We are hiring Part-Time and Per Diem LNA/PCA Caregivers who want meaningful work helping others remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Active NH LNA license or PCA qualification.
• Prior caregiving experience in a private home, assisted living, healthcare facility, or similar setting.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Clear communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients, families, and team members.
• Patient, respectful attitude and genuine interest in helping others.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow individual care instructions.
• Dementia care training or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene.
• Support clients with walking, repositioning, and transfers while following safe care practices.
• Observe clients for changes in their condition and communicate concerns to the supervisor or care coordinator.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed, respecting individual dietary requirements.
• Help keep clients’ homes clean, organized, and comfortable through light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with errands and other routine activities as appropriate to the client’s care plan.
• Offer friendly conversation, companionship, and reassurance to help clients feel supported.
• Follow established care plans and workplace policies to ensure consistent, respectful care.
