Job summary

ABC Caring Health Services, Inc. seeks a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to provide in-home therapy across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including McKinney, Ennis, and Sherman. This role offers a part-time, contract arrangement with a competitive hourly wage and flexible scheduling.

You will assess client needs, design individualized treatment plans, and document services per agency policy. Travel among client homes is required, with professional collaboration among families and case

Qualifications

LMT in good standing.
Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
Copy of valid driver’s license and Social Security card.
Copy of valid auto insurance.
Copy of valid professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

Facilitate individualized massage therapy sessions in client homes.
Evaluate clients’ needs and formulate an appropriate treatment plan.
Adhere to agency policies and state documentation requirements.
Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients, families, case managers, and colleagues.
Submit accurate documentation, including therapy notes, documentation of services provided each visit, and quarterly reports.
