Job summary

Optimum Connect Health Services is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to deliver in-home therapeutic massage across Westchester and New York City areas. This fee-for-service, independent-contractor role offers an hourly rate of $85.

Responsibilities include administering customized massages, maintaining client records, and collaborating with the team to refine treatment plans. Candidates must hold an NY license, have at least 1 year of LMT experience, and be willing to travel to clients'

Qualifications

• Active New York State Massage Therapy License required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LMT.
• Experience working with individuals under 21 preferred.
• Experience with medically fragile individuals preferred.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes within service area.
