Job summary

Optimum Connect Health Services is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to deliver in-home massage across Westchester and New York City areas. You will administer customized massages, maintain client records, and collaborate on treatment plans while upholding empathy, compassion, unity, excellence, and accountability.

The role is a fee-for-service, 1099 independent contractor position with compensation at $110 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active NYS Massage Therapy License required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as Licensed Massage Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals under the age of 21.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with medically fragile individuals (including adults).
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes throughout the assigned service area.
