Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a licensed counselor or social worker to serve youth and adults in Gallia County, Ohio. This full-time role requires licensure (LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC) and a commitment to community-based behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Must meet licensure requirements defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness in diverse communities.
• Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
• Able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess strengths and needs of referred individuals and families.
• Provide and coordinate clinical and social services that are problem-focused.
• Conduct utilization review and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain documentation and participate in program evaluation and meetings.
• Meet billing productivity requirements.
