Job summary

Home Matters Caregiving in Austin, TX is seeking a lead caregiver to deliver exceptional client care and build strong relationships with clients and families. You will supervise daily tasks, support orientation and training for new caregivers, and ensure care plans are followed.

Starting pay is $17 per hour with full-time hours and opportunities for growth in a team-focused, client-centered company expanding across Texas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply).
• Must have at least 3 years of caregiving experience with the senior population.
• Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties.
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative support tasks in the agency office.
• Assist in conducting caregiver orientations and field training.
• Be available to cover last-minute shift callouts or fill gaps in high-need clients.
• Execute client care plans and document daily activities.
