Renuity is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to meet homeowners in their homes and guide them through premium kitchen refacing and countertop solutions. You will design, present, and close solutions with a focus on trust, value, and exceptional service, while working remotely in the field.

The role emphasizes a consultative sales approach, with a structured training program, uncapped earning potential, and bonuses tied to sales goals across a broad national network.

Qualifications

• In-home, consultative sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to present design options and close sales.
• Reliable transportation within a 65-mile radius.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Learn and confidently present kitchen refacing and countertop solutions.
• Guide customers through design selections and product options.
• Build rapport and uncover homeowner needs and goals.
• Present customized solutions that fit preferences and budgets.
• Prepare and negotiate sales agreements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Manage territory and schedule while working independently in the field.
