Art of Drawers Salt Lake is seeking Territory Sales Representatives to help homeowners solve storage problems with custom solutions. This role is field-focused and anchored in Ogden, serving Northern Utah.

You will build relationships, recommend solutions, manage your appointments, and coordinate with the team. Earnings are commission-based with monthly bonuses; no base salary is offered.

At Art of Drawers, Territory Sales Representatives use those same skills to help homeowners solve frustrating storage issues with custom solutions. No design degree required.

This position is anchored in Ogden and serves homeowners across Northern Utah.

WHAT YOU GET

• Commission-based earnings: 10% on company-generated sales and 19% on self-generated sales. No base salary.
• Flexible part-time schedule: Build your territory around the days you choose as your pipeline grows.
• Monthly bonuses based on performance.
• Mostly field work: 90% in client homes, 10% home office.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Meet homeowners in their homes to understand their storage frustrations.
• Recommend custom solutions that solve their problems. This is consultative sales, not pushy sales.
• Follow up with clients to ensure they are happy and to earn referrals.
• Manage your appointments and coordinate with the team.
